Living in the Plateau in Montreal is great for its proximity to so many great eats including Pâtisserie Notre-Dame du Rosaire's legendary Portuguese egg tarts (pastel de nata) on Rachel.

I was inspired by the response to my previous video featuring croissants and I visited Montreal's biggest and best Portuguese egg tart maker, Pâtisserie Notre-Dame du Rosaire, where my eyes and stomach were opened to another great local artisan. I focused on getting more dynamic shots of the prep and cooking process, and I think I achieved a different feel to the video. I still have a lot to learn, but this is fun.

The 60-Day YouTube Challenge will last from June 19 to August 18, 2017 where I’ll post a new video every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday about some aspect about my life. Join my journey and we’ll see where this takes us. :D
